Step-by-Step Transfer Guide
(1) New Pillo Users
- Download the Pillo App
Get it on Google Play to begin
- Open Medisafe
Launch your existing Medisafe app
- Access “Manage → Report”
Go to the “Manage” tab, then tap “Report” to generate a full data of your medications history
- Share With Pillo
Tap the share button and select “Pillo” from your app list.- Alternatively, you can save the report file first, then upload it within Pillo

- Confirm in Pillo
When prompted, just wait for second until your med history will be seamlessly transferred to Pillo
(2) Existing Pillo Users
- Open Pillo
Launch your Pillo app
- Go to Settings
Tap the gear menu to access settings
- Select “Import Data”
- Pick Your Preferred Method
- “Upload a file” if you already have a saved Medisafe report
- “Import from Medisafe app” if you’d like to share data directly from the Medisafe app (simply follow the steps in the “New Pillo Users” section)
- Confirm the Import
Once selected, confirm your choice. Your Medisafe data will be added to your existing Pillo account
